LifeRay Sync is a stand alone application that synchronizes files from the Document Assets between the ICCO Portal and your Computer (PC or Mac) or mobile device (iOS or Android). This allows you to access documents directly from your SmartPhone, edit documents without downloading them first and have documents on your device even without an internet connection.

ICCO Remote Desktop connection

Information

The ICCO Remote desktop connection (or terminal server) allows you to work with your ICCO applications (Office, Dynamics, etc) from any location that offers an internet connection.

When you start the Remote desktop connection, a small file with the name terminal.rdp will be downloaded to your computer. This file will open in the Terminal Server application on the computer that you are currently using. You will be asked for your username & password, just enter the username and password that you always use to log on to any ICCO computer..

TeamViewer

Information Using the TeamViewer application the ICCO ICT helpdesk can help solving any computer issues you may have. The application allows the ICCO ICT helpdesk to see what's on your screen and take control of the mouse cursor to make changes on your computer.

MonitoringProtocol

Information

The MonitoringProtocol application, sometimes refferred to as the WebApp, is the tool to define ResultAgreements for project monitoing and enter annual Monitoring Data. The Application offers a visual guided method of the complex task of defining ResultAgreements.

The ResultAgreements and the Annual data are stored in ICCOs Microsoft Dynamics AX database. The MonitoringProtocol application communicates with Dynamics to store and retrieve information.

ProjectBrowser

Information

The ProjectBrowser is a digital portfolio for ICCO projects that you can take with you on a laptop wherever you go. With it, you can access project information at any time, even without an internet connection. It gives you access to general, financial & assessment information and all documents related to the project. With the projectbrowser you have all your projects in your pocket.
